How we handle your personal data
This notice explains what personal data vervida.no collects, why, for how long, and what your rights are. It is short because we collect little.

Scope. This notice covers the website vervida.no and the ways you can contact us from it. Data we handle inside a client engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement, not by this notice.
What we collect, and why
When you visit the site
The site is static and sets no cookies of its own. We use no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising technology. The site is delivered by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, whose servers process your IP address and standard request data (browser type, pages requested, time) in order to deliver the pages and protect them against abuse. These logs are kept by Cloudflare for a short period and we do not use them to identify you.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).
When you write or call us
If you e-mail connect@vervida.no or phone us, we process the contact details and the content you give us in order to answer you. E-mail is handled in Microsoft 365, which Vervida uses for its own operations. We keep correspondence for up to 24 months after the last contract or, where no contract follows, after the last contact — and delete it afterwards.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (article 6(1)(f)); where the dialogue leads to an agreement, the steps taken at your request before entering into it (article 6(1)(b)).
Who we share data with
Our processors are Cloudflare (hosting) and Microsoft (e-mail and calendar). Both process data under data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EEA
Cloudflare and Microsoft may process data on servers outside the EEA. Transfers rest on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where that does not apply, on the EU standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to receive the data you have given us in a portable format. Where processing rests on our legitimate interest, you may object at any time and we will stop unless we can show compelling grounds.
To exercise any of these rights, write to connect@vervida.no. We answer within one month.
If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no). We would appreciate the chance to resolve the matter first.
We change this notice when the site or our processing changes, and the date at the top tells you when.
